Are you aware that 40% of what we do in our daily lives are made up of our habits? What exactly means we are living on a routine, and most of the time, we live an “automatic” life.
Now let us take this moment to assess if your habits are good for you. Does it allow you to grow? Does it empower you to succeed? Is it helpful for yourself and others?
Most of the time, we are so used to what we do every day that we tend to forget how it is also essential to check if we are growing for the better to become the best or stuck in a place that hinders us from seeing more of what we are currently living. Being stuck isn’t bad, but knowing that you are stuck in the wrong place and not doing anything to fix it is a problem.
Just like what Tony Robbins said, “it is not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, but what we do consistently”. Our habits shape us into who we are now and who we will become in the future, so if you’ve assessed yourself and feel like you are not in a good place, acknowledge it and change it.
If you want to become successful in all walks of your life, start on the things you do every day. Give yourself the chance to experience the best life one can have. All you are right now is the reason you will be in the future, and as cliche, as it sounds, it is never too late to change.
Here’s a thought to ponder, is your future self going to thank you?
